About Us
Who we are
My name is Rodney Hurtig, Managing Advocate with IYM RETURN SOLUTIONS Beneficiary & Heir Advocacy Group.
Our advocacy group is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses reclaim what is rightfully and lawfully theirs before the approaching expiration date. Once this date has passed, the agency or department in possession of these proceeds becomes entitled to them, leaving you with nothing. Unfortunately, 95% of these ownership proceeds go unclaimed due to lack of awareness or missed deadlines. We find this to be unacceptable, and that's why we formed our organization to help people reclaim as much money as possible before it's too late.
If you work with our organization, we'll guide you through the paperwork and set up a call, video call, or face-to-face appointment with an attorney to answer any questions you might have. We believe trust should be earned, and we want you to feel comfortable and confident that we've hired the best person to handle your case. Over the years, this process has worked well for us by eliminating any doubts or concerns people may have. We can also arrange for you to speak with past clients who have agreed to give personal testimonials on our behalf.
Why choose us?
How will I know what’s happening?
We must be attentive to our clients' needs to make them happy throughout the whole process. We aim to respond to calls, emails or texts within 24 to 48 hours on average. However, we have heard stories of people not being contacted for months after signing up, even after multiple attempts to reach out. We understand that this can be stressful and disrespectful. We believe that trust is built through consistent communication and timely updates. Some of our clients are skeptical at first because they are unsure of the situation and the process. They may even think, "This is a scam, they are going to take my money and I will get nothing!" We completely understand this and have adjusted our process based on client satisfaction surveys to address these concerns from the very beginning. Our onboarding process begins once you have signed our paperwork. Within the next 7 to 14 business days (on average), the attorney we have selected in your area will review the file we have prepared, verify the funds are still available to claim, and check for any liens, judgments, mortgages, federal or state taxes or challenges that need to be addressed, or additional documents requested from you. Once everything checks out, this is our first good news update, and we hope it brings a smile to your face. The law office will then contact you to set up an onboarding call where they will answer any questions you have, ask you any questions they may have, and request any additional documents if needed. This call can be done over the phone, Zoom, or in-person if they are within driving distance. Our clients appreciate this approach because it allows them to know the attorney they will be working with soon after signing the paperwork, how much money is available to claim, and if there may be any challenges or additional paperwork needed within the first 30 to 45 days (on average). So, if you choose to work with us, you will be well informed of what is happening and when. We will always strive to earn your respect and trust through every call, email, or text.
