The Paperwork

How Long Does This Normally Take

Depending on the state rules and the type of claim, civil claims can take from just 90 to 180 days. On the other hand, probate claims require at least 180 days or longer depending on the circumstances. Our Advocacy Group provides timely updates monthly or as developments occur. Getting Your Proceeds

After the court approves your claim for distribution, your attorney will inform us of the ruling. If any documents require your signature, we will send them to you by mail or electronically.
